The self inflating Montbell UL Comfort System Pad uses a Quick Connect system that allows extension pads or pillows to be easily connected for the ultimate in versatility.
The tube construction increases durability while reducing weight dramatically. Non-slip material is used for the surface of the pad to keep you from slipping as you sleep at night. 40-denier dobby nylon is both lightweight and durable.
Twist the valve and the pad inflates to half volume. A few slow controlled breaths will allow you to fine tune the mats firmness. Repair kit included. Ideal for everyone from overnight backpackers to ultralight alpinists.
Warmer Technology: The UL Comfort System Pad insulates better than most sleeping pads on the market that are the same thickness. Consistent thickness of the highest quality foam, with no gaps or die-cuts, eliminates cold spots.
Pillow Strap: By filling the included stuff sack with extra clothes and then lashing it down with pillow strap, you create a pillow that won’t slide around.
Tube Construction: eliminates the side seams commonly found on other sleeping systems, which consequently reduces the overall weight of the sleeping pad.
Joint System: allows 2 or more pads to be joined to the top and bottom without allowing any gaps. The UL Comfort System Pillow and Extension Pad 30 (sold separately) can be added to customize your sleeping needs.
